RUTH ANN HOWARD, age 73, Mt. Olivet, died Monday March 17, 2014 her daughter's residence. Born November 7, 1940 in Robertson County to the late Ruby C. and Lucy Bramel Howard, she was a retired employee from T.I. Automotive and a member of the Kentontown Christian Church. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her lifelong companion, Wayne "Jocko" Henderson and a sister, Dorothy Dean Elbert.

She is survived by a son, Donnie (Sandy) Merrill, Cynthiana; two daughters, Susan (Shawn) Brierly, Mt. Olivet and Debbie Casey, Cynthiana; a sister, Jane French, Kentontown; three grandchildren, Dylan Merrill, Dougie Brierly and Donnie Brierly; four step-grandchildren, Kaylee Brierly, Jordyn Brierly, Allison Brierly and Zack Brierly; two nieces, Teresa Anderson and Diana Henderson and a nephew, Danny French.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday at the Robertson County Funeral Home by Pastor Christian Mobley. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Kentontown Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Hope, 909 Kenton Station Drive, Maysville, Kentucky 41056.
