Obituary for Sharlet Cheek (Durbin)
Sharlet Cheek, age 66, passed away Monday, December 21, 2020 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was born in Estill County on February 2, 1954 to the late Manual Durbin and Bertha Sparks Stephens. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Sumner, and Janice Warmouth.
She is survived by her husband, Jackie Cheek; two sons, Rodney Cheek, Jeremy Cheek; two brothers, Gregory Stephens, Billy Durbin; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service and burial will be conducted on Saturday, December 26th at 1:00 PM at Longview Cemetery, W. Visitation will be on Saturday, December 26th from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Ware Funeral Home.
