TAMMY JEAN MCINTOSH, age 50, Mt. Olivet, died Wednesday, April 21, 2010, at her residence. Born in Ft. Thomas, September 6, 1959, to Lola Riley Reynolds of Bellevue and the late James Reynolds, she was a homemaker. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell McIntosh.

Besides her mother, she was survived by a son, Jason Michael Reynolds, Delhi, Ohio; four sisters, Donna (Elvis) Mayes and Patricia Reynolds, both of Latonya, Jamie (Daniel) Iles, Dayton, Ohio and Angela Reynolds, Bellevue and four grandchildren, Lanae Reynolds, Devon Reynolds, Cameron Reynolds and Ammie Reynolds.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Robertson County Funeral Home.
