Obituary for Tassy Jean Watkins

Tassy Jean Watkins, age 64, died Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at her residence. Born in Harrison County on December 13, 1957 to Sylvia Jean Wade Reynolds and the late Jerry Allen Watkins, she was a owner and operator of Sassy’s Scissors. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, William “Bill” and Nellie Wade, an uncle, Felix Wade and a nephew, Wade Demaree Lemons.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her stepfather Ovie B. Reynolds, two brothers, Troy Reynolds and Petey (Jessica) Reynolds; a sister, Tryna (Randolph) Thomas; a stepbrother, Rocky Lee (Jean) Reynolds; a stepsister, Pamela Reynolds; seven nieces and nephews, Megan Burton, Malcolm (Karissa) Thomas, Noah Lemons, Bryson Lemons, Boston Reynolds, Easton Reynolds and Kolton Reynolds; a very special niece, Demi Lemons and a host of great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Benny Northcutt with visitation at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be in Pythian Grove Cemetery.
