Terry Jay Allen, age 68, passed away Friday, September 24th, 2021, at Harrison Memorial Hospital. He was born in Covington, Ky on December 27th, 1952, to the late Clarence Allen and Laverne Hemingway Allen.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Barbara Wartman.
