Thelma Louise Lillian Horn Culton, age 85, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 16, 2022, surrounded by family. She was born in Estill County, Kentucky on December 13, 1936, to the late Sylvester and Cynthia Plymon Horn. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her beloved husband Clifford Culton; a son, Ricky Dale Culton Sr.; seven brothers, Carlie (Myrtle) Horn of Richmond, Farris (Madeline) Horn of Richmond, Otis (Evelyn) Horn of Richmond, Othia Horn of Richmond, Elvie (Adabelle) Horn of Richmond, Arthur Horn, Edmond Horn; three sisters, Mafrey (Leonard) Dunn, Marie Horn, Develia (Andrew) Connor.
She is survived by a daughter, Jean Arnold of Cynthiana; a brother, Willie (Betty) Horn of Richmond; a sister, Bernice (Donnie) Marcum of Richmond; seven grandchildren, Ron Arnold of Cynthiana, Teresa (Berry) Arnold of Cynthiana, Mary (Doug) Brooks of Cynthiana, Jeremy (Danielle) Arnold of Ewing, Lisa (Dale) Earley, Ricky Jr. (Jamie) Culton of Cynthiana, Clifford Culton of Cynthiana; fifteen great grandchildren, Hollie, Dylan, Brooklynn, Ashley, Courtney(Tyler), Lilliana, Emily, Gabbriella, Makayla (Randy), Abigail, JJ, Justin, Gavin(Brittany), Kayla, Arielle, Ricky III, Jalyn; six great-great grandchildren, Amiah, Paisleigh, Karson, Jordan, Hailey, and Lincoln.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022, at 11:00 AM, at Ware Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 19, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at Ware Funeral Home. Wayne Dunn will be officiating. Burial will be at Paris Cemetery next to her loving husband.
