Obituary for Vivian Rose Capehart (Pickett)
Vivian Rose Capehart of Cincinnati, age 89, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022, at Mercy Health-West Hospital. She was born in Hinton, KY, on June 4, 1933, to the late Albert Thomas and Ruby Howard Pickett. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar “Goody” Louis Whitson; and a daughter, Janet Sue Slayback.
She is survived by one son, Andrew (Alma) Whitson; three daughters, Patricia Ann Vollhardt, Linda Bolt, Carol (Harvey) Floyd; ten grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 9th at 1:00 PM at Ware Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM prior to services. Burial will be at Raven Creek Cemetery following services. View and sign the guest book, www.warefuneralhome.com.
