Walter Lewis Ballard, age 69, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022. He was born in Irvin, Kentucky on July 18, 1952, to the late Art and Millie Spicer Ballard. Also preceding him in death are two brothers, James Ballard and Otis Ballard.
He is survived by four brothers, Travis Ballard, Thomas Ballard, Melvin Ballard, and Lewis Ballard; and five sisters, Mary Turpin, Rosa Dray, Emma Ballard, Martha Dray, and Linda Evans.
