WAYNE "JOCKO" HENDERSON, age 67, Central Ridge Road, Mt. Olivet, died Saturday, May 7, 2011, at his residence. Born in Robertson County, October 23, 1943, to the late Lawrence Dale and Rena Edwards Henderson, he was a farmer, construction worker and member of Milford Christian Church. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence Dale Henderson and a sister, Betty Quesinberry.

He is survived by his companion, Ruth Howard; a daughter, Rena Beth (Tony) Jarrell, Brooksville; two stepdaughters, Susan (Shawn) Brierly, Mt. Olivet and Debbie Casey, Cynthiana; a stepson, Donnie (Sandy) Merrill, Cynthiana; a sister, Fay Dunn, Bracken County; three grandchildren, Callie Jarrell, Collin Jarrell and Chloe Jarrell, three step-grandchildren, Dylan Merrill, Dougie Brierly and Donnie Brierly and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Robertson County Funeral Home by bro. Dee Whitaker and Michael Cannon. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday. Burial will be in Fosters Chapel Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Blaine Askins, Tommy Engnes, Robbie Ishmael, Billy Earle North, Tony Ramsey, Greg Teegarden, Ronnie Teegarden and Carroll Turner.
