Obituary for William P. Carmack

WILLIAM P. CARMACK, age 71, Blue Licks Pike, Mt. Olivet, died Thursday, March 5, 2009, at his residence. Born in Owsley County, July 31, 1937, to the late Herman and Minnie Deaton Carmack, he was a retired farmer and International Elextrical Company employee. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Harold Carmack, Doug Carmack and Earle Carmack and three sisters, Ada Carmack, Bobbie Jean Henderson and Margery Brewer.

He is survived by his wife, Millie Oberding Carmack; three sons, Anthony (Debbie) Carmack and David (Adrienne) Carmack, both of Mt. Olivet and Johnnie (Heather) Carmack, Brooksville; a daughter, Matanda Carmack, Morehead; four brothers, Lloyd (Pat) Carmack, Bentonville, Ohio, Jimmy (Linda) Carmack and Jackie Carmack, both of New Richmond, Ohio and Robert Carmack, Cincinnati, Ohio; a sister, Doris Newberry, Lumberton, North Carolina, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:30 P.M. Saturday at the Robertson County Funeral Home by Bro. Dee Whitaker with visitation at 12:00 P.M. Burial will be in Kentontown Cemetery.
