Obituary for Wilma Fogle (Hensley)
Wilma Hensley Fogle, age 83, Harrison County, died Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Grand Haven Nursing Home. She was born in Falmouth, KY on January 16, 1938 to the late Aaron and Effie Longworth Hensley. She married Ray Allen Fogle on August 23, 1958, who preceded her in death in 2014. She loved working sudoku puzzles, flowers, painting, canning, reading, cooking, sewing and her family.
She was also preceded in death by five brothers, Ray, Johnny, Buddy, Buck and Jerry Hensley; a foster son, Glenn C. Fryman.
She is survived by four sons, Kevin Soard, Ray A. Fogle Jr., Roger (Melody) Soard and Mitchell Wade Fogle; two daughters, Charlotte Cook and Gina (Larry) Price; a grandson whom she raised, Mitchell Ray (Kristin) Fogle; two brothers, Dallas Hensley and Kenny (Janet) Hensley; three sisters, Bertha Lea, Beverly (Tom) Dunn and Bonnie (Ken) Kendrick; Many grand and great grandchildren and a special friend, Patsy Dawson.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, September 28th at 1:00 PM at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. George Bills Jr. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lower Curry Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Curry Church Trustee Cemetery Fund, 1925 Upper Curry Road North, Cynthiana, Ky 41031.
